CN Work Safety Supplies is committed to customer service and makes it easy for you to return or exchange an order bought on our site within 90 days after purchasing.
Please fill out the form below to initiate your refund or exchange. Your return will be processed within 5 to 7 days of receipt, and refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. Please note that the returning shipping fee will must pay by buyer if the item is not matching with descriptions.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
